Juliellen Sarver started coaching garden clients in 2019 and has been delighted at the renewed interest in native plants and gardening with wildlife in mind. She is a certified Gardenary Kitchen Garden Consultant, earned a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from NC State University, and is a certified Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional specializing in conservation landscaping and native plants.
John
John Haddad is a writer, photographer, forager and gardener. He is the founder of Slow Food RVA and Epicuriosity, and has written numerous regional articles on restaurants and food and farming systems, and is a tireless advocate for locally-produced food. He forages for wild culinary delights, and his own kitchen garden supplements his weekly visits to local farmers’ markets.
